Pilates

Gravity Pilates

Gravity Pilates is for everyone, regardless of your current level of fitness. This is largely because the machine can easily be adjusted to suit your current strength and fitness levels. Because this is such a low impact workout, the risk of injury is significantly reduced, as is the strain on your back. This also makes Gravity Pilates a great rehab workout. Users work multiple muscle groups together for a complete workout that challenges proprioception and core stabilizers by integrating multi-plane movement and unrestricted range of motion in nearly every exercise.

Yoga

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Hot Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous and dynamic form of yoga practiced in a heated room. In this class, participants flow through a series of yoga postures, with an emphasis on coordinating breath with movement. The heated environment helps to increase flexibility and encourages sweating, which can enhance detoxification and promote relaxation. Hot Vinyasa Yoga is known for its ability to improve strength, balance, and mental focus while providing a challenging and invigorating workout. It's suitable for those looking for a physically demanding and sweaty yoga practice.

TRX

Total Resistance Exercise

TRX, short for Total Resistance Exercise, is a fitness class that utilizes a suspension training system. In a TRX class, participants use straps anchored to a stable point, such as a wall or ceiling, to perform a wide variety of exercises. These exercises leverage body weight for resistance and focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability. TRX workouts can be easily customized to different fitness levels by adjusting body positioning, making it suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike. This class is known for its versatility, targeting multiple muscle groups and providing an effective full-body workout in a short amount of time.

HIIT

Tabata

TABATA is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that follows a specific structure: 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of four minutes per exercise. In a TABATA class, participants engage in a series of short, but highly demanding, workouts designed to boost cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. These brief, intense bursts of exercise are known for their efficiency in improving strength, endurance, and metabolic rate. TABATA workouts can include a variety of exercises, making it a fast-paced and challenging class that can be tailored to different fitness levels.

GYM

Rebounder and Sculpt

A rebounder class is a fitness session that takes place on a small, spring-loaded mini-trampoline known as a rebounder. Participants perform a range of aerobic and strength-building exercises on this trampoline. Rebounder classes are low-impact and designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, and overall body strength. The gentle bouncing on the rebounder also stimulates the lymphatic system, aiding in detoxification. These classes are fun and suitable for various fitness levels, offering a unique and effective way to get in shape while reducing the risk of joint strain.

Yoga

Hot Yoga and Sculpt

Hot Yoga Sculpt is an intense and physically demanding class that combines elements of hot yoga with strength training. Practiced in a heated room, participants follow a series of yoga postures while incorporating light hand weights, resistance bands, or other props. Hot Yoga Sculpt is known for its ability to sculpt and tone muscles while providing a challenging workout. It's suitable for those looking for a powerful, full-body exercise that combines the benefits of yoga and strength training.
