What should I know before I arrive?

If you're brand new to W2.0 Fit Club, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we have the time to go over any questions you may have as well as make sure you're properly prepared and dressed for each class.
We also just want to know about you! If you have any injuries we should be aware of for modifications and what your fitness lifestyle goals are.
We are a grip sock required studio for All Pilates Classes and TRX classes so don't forget your grippies!

Reformer Pilates

Gravity Pilates

Because this is such a low impact workout, the risk of injury is significantly reduced, as is the strain on your back. This also makes Gravity Pilates a great rehab workout. Users work multiple muscle groups together for a complete workout that challenges proprioception and core stabilizers by integrating multi-plane movement and unrestricted range of motion in nearly every exercise.


Hot Vinyasa Yoga
